Michelle has a B.S. in Exercise Science, is certified through NASM, FMS, and is an athlete for Team USA. She specializes in functional movement, strength training, conditioning, mobility, and pelvic floor. Her passion is to educate and keep people moving so they live happy, fulfilled lives uninhibited by weakness or injury.
